Visiting Policy.

Below are terms and conditions applicable to visiting Country Craft Cabin (us) in person. These terms and conditions should be read in conjunction with any applicable terms published on our terms of service page.

Visiting us is strictly by arrangement other than on specific dates and times we may announce entirely at our discretion including open days. Please respect both us and our neighbours persons and property. Our property is private and visiting us in no way implies or grants public access.

In all circumstances you may visit us for the following reasons:

to collect items that you have ordered via our chosen current methods.
to discuss bespoke items or commissions for work to items of our stock, or to discuss restoration and repair work to an item owned by you.
to view and purchase items of our current stock.
to return an item only if the return has been agreed in advance by us.
for any other reason deemed appropriate by us.

Visiting us for any reason not included above can only be by prior arrangement and in all circumstances is entirely at our discretion.

Parking of vehicles may be available on our premises, please use this facility if possible. Please do not leave your vehicle parked and unattended in the road, or in such a way as to cause an obstruction.

All visits to us are entirely at the risk of the visitor/s.

We do not have toilet or other convenience facilities available for visitors use.

Some visitors may find that practical accessibility to our property is limited.

We would appreciate only animals designated for assistance be brought on to our property. Please leave animals in your vehicle with adequate ventilation where ever possible.

Please do not allow your dogs to foul anywhere on The Croft.

We reserve the right to refuse access to our property and / or to request a visitor or visitors to leave our property for any reason we see fit.

We reserve the right to seek assistance to remove persons or property from our property.

We accept no responsibility for loss damage or injury to persons or property whilst visiting us howsoever caused.
